The podium will become part of the cityscape.
It allows passengers from the nearby cruise terminal
to visit and explore the city.
The unique diamond-shaped plan
makes the maximum daylight intakes
The longitudinal axis as a center corridor
allows staff and users
to access each part of a floor even easier.
The facade shows a gradient pattern with aligned grids,
the area of openings depends on
functionality and orientation.
